Each Region follows the National Scholarship Application Guidelines of Continental Societies, Incorporated, is a national organization whose purpose is to promote the economic, educational and social welfare of underserved and disadvantaged children and youth; to enhance their recreational activities; and to promote additional experiences necessary for their optimal development.

The Midwest-Western Region organization awards two Regional Scholarships to deserving young people- one in the amount of $1,000 and one in the amount of $500.00.  The first place winner is entered into National competition.  Within the last thirteen years (13), the Midwest-Western Region has entered National Competition and won the National Scholarship nine (9) of the thirteen years entered.

Applications should be typed and submitted to a Chapter Representatives.  Scholarships are awarded in March at the Midwest-Western Region Conference at various locations around the Region, and at the National Level in June at the National Conclave.
